Q1. What industries do you serve?

At TAG, we work with a wide range of industries, and our approach allows us to be industry-agnostic. This means that we take the time to listen and understand where your business is at today and what your goals are for tomorrow. From there, the TAG Team goes to work to create a road map that fits your resources and budget.

Q2. How much does it cost?

The cost is determined based on each client's needs. Generally speaking, the TAG retainer tiers start at $5,000/mo and go up to $14,000/mo, depending on the work involved. Project-based work is just that: pricing is determined by the needs of the project. 

Q3. What does it take to get started?

It takes a vision for a better way of doing things. For TAG to get started, we generally agree to a 6-12 month "test" that we use to get to know our client, create goals, and set milestones that can be measured against. From there, success knows no bounds! We look forward to the opportunity to work with you and your team!

Q4. Does TAG do project work?

YES! Sometimes the best way to get to know each other is to start small. Does your website need a revamp? Do you need an animated explainer video? Or would you like to put a webinar together? These are all great starting points that can help put new leads in the top of the funnel and start the relationship off on the right foot.

Q5. What other questions should I be asking?

Every business operates a little differently and has their own set of unique challenges. From a new partnership and starting a relationship standpoint, at TAG, we start at the end. We try to think about how a relationship will end and make sure that we always leave our clients in a better place than we found them. Too often we come into a situation and need to get our bearings. Our team prides itself on creating best in the industry SOP's, processes, and ways to measure success. We are fortunate that our clients tend not to leave, but when they do, it is always on good terms.
